Both these suppliers are concerning me. They do not seem to be providing an adequate service over the last month. Mind you Telstra service in my home area is always lacking and more often than not in the too hard basket, even though we are only 20.1 km out of the Sydney CBD.
I use Telstra for my mobile phone and no matter where I am in the Sydney area that I frequent the service is disappointing.
I use Virgin mobile broadband as my internet provider primarily in my home and the service over the month of May has been atrocious, getting service to the internet using either IE or Firefox just does not happen spontaneously, it is a battle and when one is studying attempting to do research well it is just not on.
Come guys rectify the problems, I believe that I should be able to come to you both directly and have these issues rectify not have to take the long winded way through the ombudsman to get it done.
Customer service is lacking.
