• 30-day squat challenge

    LizzardsView has decided to partake in the 30-day squat challenge and to be honest about it by writing about it.

    Starting point:
    Day 1 – Sunday, 14 July 2013 – 50 squats have been accomplished with no side affects to speak of in the 24 hour period after doing squats.
    Day 2 – Monday, 15 July 2013 – 55 squats the heart is pumping and hopefully the metabolism is starting to rev up. The last 8 were becoming a strain but pushed through with 1 minute break at number 48.
    Day 3 – Tuesday, 16 July 2013 – 60 squats that felt comfortable except for the creaking right knee, was puffing a little more through this set and I actually think I did more than 60 as I lost count so may I did 70 but we will go with the 60 squats.
