• 30-day squat challenge update

    So 30-day squat challenge Day 4 was a rest day but I just wanted to do more but I followed the rule Day 4 rest day.

    Day 5 was 70 squats now I understand the rest day, it was a breeze up to 58 then the strain was felt but I continued on and did not feel as should I say, weak around the thighs and knees.
